Weight loss louisville

Six months ago today I decided that enough was enough!
I just came back from my monthly weigh in and I am down 42 pounds. If you want to know the specifics, I have actually lost 47 pounds of fat and gained five pounds of muscle, but those are just the details, right?
I am beyond pleased with the progress I have made and I feel so much better about myselg! Now, even though I never thought it was going to be possible, I am on a mission to hit 50 lbs lost by the end of this month. I am so thankful for all the people in my life who have stood by, cheered me on, supported me, listened to me obsess over the struggle and the gains. These people have never once made me question that this was the right decision for me. The weight loss program that I selected has worked, but without the support of my family and friends I would not be where I am today.

Successful Weight Loss Plans Can Change Lives
Many of the people who are looking for weight loss help have struggled their whole lives to look and feel healthy. In fact, studies indicate that the typical American dieter makes as many as four weight loss attempts every year. These failed attempts, however, can be both disappointing and unhealthy. Too quickly shedding a few pounds and then putting that weight back on, plus more, is both defeating and unhealthy. For some people, the solution to healthy weight loss is working with a medical doctor who can help provide both guidance and direction. Getting weight loss help from a medical doctor can help you reach your weight goals in a healthy way that promotes a lifetime of better eating and exercise habits.
