The first tip is to see your dentist every six months, or twice a year. The dentist will be able to catch any small problems before they get out of hand. They will also clear away any tartar and plaque buildup. You can ask for a whitening service to give your teeth an extra pearly appearance, too.

It’s also important to brush your teeth twice a day. Spend at least thirty seconds on the sides, top, and bottom row of teeth. Get every angle. Floss at least once a day and use mouthwash to polish off any bacteria. You can also use a tongue cleaner to remove bacteria that makes its home on your tongue and gives you bad breath.
