What is a family practice doctor

You don’t need to be a part of one of the top weight loss programs to lose that stubborn belly fat. You just have to be willing to do what it takes, and put the time in. Here are a few tricks family practice doctors recommend to patients looking to drop their belly fat.

Run! Run! Run!

One of the things you can add to your weight loss system to get rid of stubborn belly fat is aerobic exercise. Running, biking, swimming, and any activity that gets your heart going is a surefire way to burn off some of that annoying belly fat. According to a recent Duke University study, jogging about 12 miles per week is enough to get that stubborn belly fat right off.

Quit It With the Sugary Drinks.

Instead of adding things to your weight loss system, why not subtract? People who stop drinking sugary drinks, such as sodas, fruit juices, alcohol, and sports drinks, find that they actually quickly lose a couple pounds, just for not doing anything. Instead, try drinking tap water, seltzer water, unsweetened tea, and/or unsweetened coffee.

Drink Vinegar?

If you’re willing to make your weight loss system just a little bit weird, then you may be ready for this. A 2009 Japanese study suggests that people who consume a tablespoon or two of vinegar daily can lose weight. In the study, obese people who drank the vinegar for about two months showed significant decreases in body fat, particularly belly fat. The theory is that by adding the vinegar’s acetic acid to their weight loss systems, the obese people got the benefits of the acid’s proteins, which burn up fat.

Losing your belly fat does not have to be an impossible task. Simply adjusting your weight loss system accordingly should be enough. If you have any questions or other tips, feel free to share in the comments.
